Plume's official site is at https://joinplu.me - but note that the site says Plume is not being maintained, instead recommending WriteFreely or the WordPress fediverse plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/activitypub/)

Write Freely depends on which instance you join, write.as (the one run by the lead developer) is a paid-for instance but there are many free ones too.

I am just about to post about the WordPress plugin, perhaps it will be useful to you?
